Make-A-Wish Foundation was founded in 1980. This foundation began with a young boy named Chris Greicius discovered his wish was to become a police officer.
This is a non-profit organization , with a mission : " We grant the wishes of children with life-threatening medical conditions to enrich the human experience with hope, strength and joy." Make-A-Wish has granted 199,054 wishes. The ratio is about 1 wish per 40 minutes. This fact is amazing!
Wow.Hopes story is very inspirational and heart felt. It is people like her that inspire me to do more and more for the ministry and to do it ALL to the Glory of God. Not to create a name or to be known. God Bless you!
